a thought...

one half of my children's childhood was spent living in conditions that would be considered by most as "camping out." Half of the remaining portion was spent actually camping out, while the balance was spent just wishing we were.

what compelled me to say this - well, i was just thinking how fun it would be to go camping.

i've been jonesing to go camping, to do my "edna run." but alas, btwn rain the whole month of june and july and the 100 temp's inbtwn, not too conducive for camping. wish you could accompany me sometime!

These days, with joints that swell and a back that tends to complain, camping is not the delight that it used to be - unless you have all the comforts of an RV - then it really isn't camping ....

Do it while the body can still take the discomforts without complaining!
