Dear Jane,

In a show of friendly support and encouragement I would like to offer you this picture I took today of the butt-can at work. Might help strengthen your conviction to stop smoking if you use it as a desktop image.

May the force be with you!

Love,
Michael-Ann

Your lungs actually look worse - they get black inside - fight the nicotine crazies - you will eventually feel so much better.
Michael-Ann - have you stopped yet???
