Pics from Christmas

Kate came by this past weekend and dropped off a CD with the pics she took at the house with her new camera. I've uploaded the pics to flickr to share with anyone who may want to have a look. However, I made it so the pics are only available to my flickr friends and family - It seemed like the polite thing to do, since I am not the one who took the pictures. If you don't have a flickr account AND we are not friends/family you will not be able to see the pics. Sorry! Just contact me via flickr and I'll "friend-ya."

Kate does some great photography, thank you bunches for taking pics hon! Kate's pics

I don't know how I managed to make it all the way through the holidaze without taking a single photo.

Thanks to Kate for the great pictures, and thanks to you for sharing them. I too wish for a day when all our family can be together...spouses, kids, dogs, birds, in laws and ex laws, just together and happy to be so. These pictures allowed me to feel close to you and yours :)

I'm a little intimidated by the pear roulade though...

Halllow you :-) I love you! Together and in the present would be nice.

I really don't know how to thank Kate for sharing these, it's not often I get to see the inner-workings from another perspective, and Kate has a wonderful artistic eye for seeking out moments.

Truth be told, my pear roulade sucks pond water... buttt it's the thought that counts.

oops! I couldn't see your Christmas pictures. May I sign up for your permission to see them?

Hi Mom and good morning to you! I thought I had already added you as friend/family back when you experimented with flickr... you are now! Love you!

all right ..... thanks! I started working my way through the pictures last night.

Both Chelsea and Jamie are good looking girls - of course, you are a good looking gal yourself! It's fun to see your kitchen full and very busy.

Haven't gotten to that pear thingy yet ....

Howdy Mom, and thanks for the compliments! I do believe we inherited some good genes :-)

The kitchen could do with a little culling of the non-essentials, for that matter the whole house could. I was just telling Cheryl last night that I think we qualify for "hoarder" status.

We have sooo much stuff I don't know where to begin to eliminate the clutter.

From what I remember and the glimpses caught in photographs I love your house, it is full of creative energy and welcoming vibes.

A good home indeed!
