i really like the warms and cools of this scene.
this is another edit, want life on the ride to be the "reality" while the rest of the world is a blur.

Ahwooooooooo!! This is chilidawg1 talking here ....
What a nice surprise - it took me 2 weeks to find this but I'm glad I did!!!
I like the juxtaposition of the warm merry-go-round and the cool background too!!
Hi Mom :-) Good to "see" you... thank you for stopping by.
I'm still debating on if I want to keep this old blog. Have not had the time to go back through and see what all is saved in it.
On the other hand, It may just have to stay as is for awhile because I don't anticipate having the energy to go through it any time soon.
Love you!
Really nice pictures from your trip. I like the way you've added to them, you added more mood and dimensions to the shots.
Hi Cheryl, Thank you! I can't find anything interesting lately to take pics of, so decided to mess around with old shots, most of which were way too dark in their original form.
Your pictures are very beautiful, and old or new keep taking them :)
I should have said keep taking them, and tweaking them :) That makes more sense, eh?
Rainy day here...no excuse not to do housework...blah!!
:-) Any excuse NOT to do housework, works for me... I'm like you i think, in that I would much rather be outside covered in dirt (or as in your case today: covered in mud) than inside folding clothes.
Laundry, dishes, and scrubbing toilets takes a toll on my life that I'm sure equates to a few years at least...
The absolute futility of the process unchains my soul...It will all get dirty again, and there I'll be yet another day contemplating another long mile of stanky balled up socks, hairballs the size of woodchucks, food encrusted plates, and an occasional wildcard bird poo just to keep me on my toes... (Sammy is an evil pooer with malicious aim)...
I know I shouldn't complain, but it's hard to be philosophical after scrubbing the floor around the toilet.
Feh.
